Draft Terms of Use

1. Service and audience

Likosei Studio provides an interactive picture-book Web App for children ages 2–5 and families, including trials, reading, animation, voice, and games. Children should use it under parent or guardian supervision.

2. Account, Email, and password

Initial accounts are created by a parent or guardian with a valid Email. Users must protect passwords, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for account activity; report unauthorized use promptly.

Forgotten passwords are planned to use Supabase Email reset flows. Account features are not live.

3. One-time payment and entitlement

The full version is planned as a one-time purchase, not a subscription or automatic renewal. After backend verification, entitlement is linked to the Supabase account signed in during purchase.

Permanent unlock means no monthly or annual repurchase fee for the same product while the service remains available, the account is valid, and the terms are followed. It does not guarantee the service, features, device support, or content will remain unchanged or continue forever.

4. Cross-device use and account sharing

Users may restore entitlement by signing into the same account on another device. The first version does not limit device count, but selling, renting, publicly sharing, automating, or abusing an account is prohibited. Reasonable controls may be used for security, fraud prevention, and stability.

5. Intellectual property and restrictions

Unless stated otherwise, text, images, audio, animation, games, code, and branding belong to Likosei Studio or lawful rights holders. Purchase grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal family use.

Do not copy, resell, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or create derivative commercial products without permission, except where law does not allow restriction.

6. Maintenance, updates, and interruption

Features may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, content updates, technical limits, force majeure, or service changes. We aim to reduce impact where reasonable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Supported environment

Supported devices, browsers, networks, PWA installation, and offline scope will be confirmed before launch. Some voice features vary by browser, operating system, language service, and permissions.

8. Third-party services

Supabase is planned for accounts, database, and Edge Functions, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment, and related transactions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy rules.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy procedures, and applicable law. Non-waivable consumer rights are not excluded.

10. Account suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security risk, fraud, serious or repeated violations, rights infringement, or service interference. Reasonable notice and appeal may be provided where appropriate, except urgent security matters.

11. Liability and statutory rights

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable losses and do not guarantee particular learning outcomes. Liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain effective.

12. Changes, applicable law, and contact

Terms may be updated for service, legal, or provider changes, with reasonable notice of material changes. The effective date, governing law, and dispute process remain unconfirmed and will not be invented.
