4. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Physical-goods returns do not apply to digital content. Mistaken-purchase requests are allowed within 7 days only before any paid content is opened.
Duplicate payment, missing entitlement, system error, major technical issues, material mismatch, Lemon Squeezy rules, and statutory rights are handled separately. See the Refund Policy.
