The planned policy allows a request within 7 days only if the account has not opened any paid content. Payments are not live.
Generally no. Use begins when a full-version page, paid activity, or other paid-only content is first displayed successfully. Duplicate charges, missing entitlement, system error, major technical issues, material mismatch, and statutory rights are handled separately.
Provide the purchase Email, order number, and information identifying duplicate transactions. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Confirmed cases are handled through Lemon Squeezy payment procedures.
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Banks or card issuers may need several business days after submission, and it may take about 10 days.
